At Hungry Hustle, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Exchange can only be with Damaged good or received the wrong item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds for items that are damaged or out of stock following purchase.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, kindly reach out to us within 4 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please provide proof of purchase along with a picture of the damaged item.

Out of Stock Items:

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.

Important Exchange Notes

• Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
• Shipping fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre-orders ship at the original purchase rate.
