HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email when your order is processed and shipped. It can take 3-8 days to process your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! Pre-orders typically take 1-5 weeks as they are custom-made before shipping. Please understand that any item pre-ordered is a custom order and will be shipped out once it's ready. We appreciate your patience and support!
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES!
After your purchase, You will receive a confirmation email for your order. when your order ships you will receive an additional email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Please double check to insure that accurate information is enetered and correct. Once your order has been placed and you notice an error, please contact us and we'll update address within 24 hours. If you do not reach out to us within 24 hours of order confirmation, your product will be shipped to address on file

WHY DOES MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT?
Please contact the carrier in which your package was sent. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package follow up with your tracking number and be available to receive your package on the set date.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed for reasons out of our control. Once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product. Différent Fashion is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Please be sure that all information provided is CORRECT. Différent Fashion is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.
If a package is returned to us, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment cost. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer must re-purchase item.
